Intervention & Referral Services (I&RS) Teams are state mandated, multidisciplinary teams that provide a coordinated system for the identification, planning and delivery of interventions to assist students who are experiencing learning, behavior or health difficulties. The mission of the team is to identify and intervene with students at-risk socially, emotionally and/or academically to assure that no student’s needs are overlooked.
